Pick Up Policy
We are located in Muskegon, Michigan. God’s Healing Hand is located in a residential neighborhood and in order to maintain some confidentiality, you will receive the address of pickup when your order has been packaged and ready to be picked up via email. We ask that you schedule your pickup time so we can have your amazing goods ready for you.
You will receive an automated “ready for pickup” email when your order is ready. The email will include details of your order, the location of the pickup location and a link too schedule your pickup time. If a time slot has not been selected or we have not heard a response within 24 hours of when the “ready for pickup” email has been sent, a follow up email will be sent with a reminder that you have an order to pick up.
Any orders with a missed pickup will be contacted via email provided. If a pickup time is unable to be scheduled due to unanswered emails within 48 hours that the initial “ready for pickup” email has been sent, you may be subject to an automatic cancellation and refund.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped through USPS.
Priority Mail transit time: 1-3 business days
Processing Time
Our current processing time is 1-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Address Issues
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at godshealinghandbusiness@gmail.com immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once it has been shipped out, it is out of our hands.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us. We can issue you a refund or reship it to you if you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost.
If your shipping address does not exist when we are attempting to ship it out, we will reach out to you for an updated shipping address. The order will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours if we do not hear from you.
